MetricSuite is a single dashboard that combines your Stripe revenue and subscription metrics with website traffic analytics and registered-user data. Connect your Stripe key, add a small script to your site, and optionally send signup events from your app—then see MRR, revenue, visitors, referrers, UTM, and customers in one place.
In the dashboard, add your Stripe restricted API key (starts with rk_live_ or rk_test_). Create the key in Stripe Dashboard → Developers → API keys → Restricted keys, with Read access to Customers, Subscriptions, Invoices, and Products. We store the key encrypted and use it only to fetch your metrics; we never see your full secret key or card details.
Add a site in the dashboard and copy the provided script snippet. Add it to your website (e.g. in the head or before </body>). The script sends page views to our servers with path, referrer, device, country, and UTM parameters. We aggregate this into daily visitors, top referrers, device/country breakdown, and a recent-events table.
When a user signs up on your platform, you can POST to our Signup API with their email and optional name. We store them as "registered users" and show them in the dashboard. If the same email appears in your Stripe customers, we mark that user as "Active" (paying); otherwise "Lead". Generate an API key in the Registered users section and use it in the X-API-Key header.
Yes. All plans include a 2-week free trial. You can sign up and start your trial immediately. No payment is required until the trial ends. After the trial, you choose a plan (Basic or Advanced) to continue using the Service.
Basic ($9/month) is for solo founders and small teams: full dashboard access, one Stripe connection, traffic tracking for your sites, and the Signup API. Advanced ($99/month) includes everything in Basic plus higher limits (more sites, more registered users, longer retention) and priority support. See the Pricing page for full details.
You can upgrade or downgrade from the dashboard (or contact support). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period, then your account becomes read-only or is deactivated according to our policy.
Your account and analytics data are stored on our infrastructure (and any subprocessors we use). Stripe API keys are encrypted at rest. We do not store payment card numbers; Stripe handles payment processing. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
The current version is single-user: one account per email. Multi-user and team features may be added in the future. For now, you can share access by using a shared account (we recommend strong security practices).
Email us at metricsuite@starlinetechnologies.co. For Advanced plan subscribers, we offer priority support. We also recommend checking this FAQ and the documentation in the dashboard (e.g. tooltips and copy next to Stripe key, tracking script, and Signup API).
